Please review the following important information to ensure a smooth reservation process.
Reservation Requirement: Guests must hold an existing reservation at our condominium before they are eligible to reserve a dock slip. Slips will be assigned based on availability and will be designated with specific numbers.
Reservation Process: Dock slip reservations can only be made through a direct call to the front desk to verify your existing reservation. Online reservations will not be accepted.
Fee Structure: The fee for dock slip usage is $25 per night, plus 14% Tax.
Dock Slip Agreement: A completed Dock Slip agreement is required prior to or upon your arrival to receive a boat slip pass for the duration of your stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Dock slips will be reserved according to the same check-in time of 4 PM and check-out time of 11 AM as your room reservation.
Boat Trailer Parking: Complimentary parking for boat trailers is available in the designated area across the street from the resort. Please inquire with front desk staff for directions.
Boat Types: All types of vessels—pontoons, speedboats, wakeboards, and fishing boats—are welcome and will be assigned to numbered slips. Jet Skis and personal watercraft will be assigned to the designated slips specifically labeled for such use, which are located at the end of the dock, and they are not permitted in larger slips.
Rental Boats: Daily rentals (4 or 8 hours) allow guests to utilize our designated “Stop and Go Slip” for a maximum of 30 minutes for quick access to their condos. This also applies to hourly jet ski rentals. For guests who rent boats for multiple days, a dock slip will need to be reserved, and the nightly fee of $25 will apply.
Slip Assignment: Guests are strictly prohibited from parking in any slip that has not been assigned to them.
