Please read through the information in this section carefully. It is imperative that you understand and comprehend the guidelines for renting our units.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

MORE THAN 14 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL DATE: A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.

 

WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE: A 50% refund will be given for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. In lieu of a refund, you may also choose to have the full reservation amount applied to a future stay sometime within the next six months.

 

 

WHAT'S PROVIDED/WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

Sheets and Towels are provided for you during your stay. Guests will be charged for missing or damaged linens. Please bring beach towels, all paper products, trash bags, detergents, & soaps. Check-In is at 4:00pm and Check-Out is at 11:00am.

CHECK-IN LOCATIONS/TIMES:

Will O' The Wisp is located at 20160 Garrett Highway, Oakland, MD 21550. Our office is open Sunday through Thursday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Fridays & Saturdays from 8:00am to 10:00pm. The contract holder must present photo identification for validation before any keys will be given out. You can visit our directions page here to find detailed directions on how to locate our office when traveling from the areas of Baltimore, Washington D.C., East Pittsburgh, and West Pittsburgh areas.

 

IF ARRIVING AFTER OUR OFFICE CLOSES, please contact us to receive after-hours instructions to retrieve your key packet on-site in a secure location. Please check in with the office the next morning to confirm that all paperwork is signed and to present your photo I.D. for validation.

PET POLICIES:

To protect our suites, no pets are permitted on the premises. However, because all of our units are individually owned, we cannot guarantee that any accommodations are free of allergens.

Local accommodations may be available for boarding your pet, if needed. Please contact the Bed 'N Bark Inn here for availability.

 

 

PAYMENTS:

50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking, with the other 50% due 30 days prior to your arrival. Reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. Special payment arrangements may be possible at the request of the guest to our front desk staff. PARKING:

All Guests have use of the on-site parking at the hotel for standard vehicles only. No boat trailer parking is allowed on premises. Please contact the front desk at (866) 976-2792 for local boat trailer storage information.
