Boat Launch

If you're planning to bring your own boat to the lake, you can easily launch it at Deep Creek Lake State Park boat ramp for a fee. The boat ramp is centrally located in the lake, directly across the water from Will O' The Wisp, making it convenient when launching and traveling to popular areas by boat.

Navigating the Lake

The State of Maryland owns Deep Creek Lake, which means it falls under the management of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. It is important to be aware of your surroundings and be courteous of other boaters on the water no matter if you are planning to rent a boat or bring your own.
